Someone obviously wants to get some quick bucks but the ones who really benefit will be the lowyers as usual.

We've all at times heard a song that reminds us of another song, due to a combination of even just a few notes arranged a certain way that show up in each song. I don't know the technical terms, but those first few descending notes, chords or whatever that start out "Stairway" show up clearly part way into "Taurus". IMO, that doesn't make "Stairway" a plagiarized song; except for those few notes, they seem entirely different musical pieces to me. But there's probably big money involved, so the lawyers will have their way...

It wasn't the first time Zeppelin ripped off a song (Dazed And Confused) or the last (In My Time Of Dying) with the most well known being Whole Lotta Love.

Well...it goes deeper than that. Spirit toured with Zep and there is evidence that Stairway was written right after that happened, so it would seem that it's more than just a technical coincidence.
Add to that the fact that Zep have been ripping folks off since they started (songs) and you've got a good case on your hands.
I'm a huge zep fan but they have a bad habit of ripping off songs and calling them their own.
