Our Man flu syndrome has been rumbled guys lol!
Yes, I've been sick a few times, and it's very unpleasant. :D
I'd have to say the closest a man can get to the pain of childbirth is passing a large kidney stone, or a serious prolonged gall bladder attack that results in the surgical removal of the gall bladder.

Why should we worry about it? It's not our problem.
I have experienced extreme pain from an accident and from appendicitis but I have never had a baby so I cannot categorically make a comparison.

As much as scientists have tried, they cannot compare pain from event to event or person to person. Different people experience pain differently. Hot peppers are a good example. Some people pop them like candy, while others suffer extremely. One thing they have found is that redheads are more sensitive to pain. I often need more Novocaine when I go to the dentist. Losing most of my hair and having the rest turn white can't hide the fact that I was once a redhead.
We will never know the pain of child birth and women will never know the pain of walking across the gym floor, asking "HER" to dance, being told no and having to walk all the way back across that gym floor again. Then there is getting caught in your zipper.

A kick in the bollocks is far more painful than anything a woman goes through!
How many women after giving birth have said "Let's have another one".
Have you ever heard a bloke after receiving a kick in the proverbials say the same?

A comedian did a routine about a man's greatest pain - having your arm around your girl in a movie theater, feeling the pain in the arm increase as time goes by, and wondering how to politely remove your arm from you girl's shoulder without offending her.
I recall a daytime talk show many years ago where one of the guests was a woman who had recently had a baby. A male guest asked her if she could describe the pain she felt because he would never be able to experience it himself. She told him to pull his upper lip out as far as it would go and he did so. Then she told him to pull it over his head....he got it!
