Don't use LR working on a mac desk top

Well, LR runs on Macs, too. I use it on my iMac.

You can print from any app that allows page layout. I'll bet you can define custom paper sizes in the print driver. Epson lets me...

Still trying to figure out craigFair! But I have successfully printed on 13x19 and trimmed in the mean time.. There's not much frames for 13x19 so might as well use paper.

You need to go to Custom print and print your own size(11x14) it does not show

I need to print an 11x14 print. I have the canon pro-100 printer but it doesn't show that size, Also can I use the 13x 19 size paper to print the 11x14. Need some help!

If you are using some program other than PSE14, it can be done just answer the questions on paper size as "custom" or "other", and in the print final print screen it will ask you to put in the custom print size. For some reason this 'work around' doesn't want to work with PSE 14 so I always PP in PSE14, but print using PSE10. I'm using a PIXMA PRO 9000 MK II, but it should work with your Pro-100. Make sure you select "Photoshop manages colors" not the printer.

Another trick is to tell the printer you are using 11" x 17" paper, but load the 11 x 14 and set the print size for 11" x 14" per the above. If you want to experiment cheaply before committing expensive print paper, go to your local print shop and purchase some 11 x 17 poster paper. I think I paid $0.14 per sheet for some a year or so ago. The picture won't be much good, but you'll get to make sure you'll get the setup correctly; you can also print in draft mode to save ink.

Be patient (I know, for a fact, that this is hard). Keep at it. It will work. It did for me. Takes a bit to get used to, but when you do, you will find it faster and easier! Best of luck!

That's because you have the aspect ratio locked, you should be able to unlink the height and width. Not sure about your software, but in PS there is a little icon that looks like a chain link between the height and width boxes that you can check or uncheck. Just be aware that changing it is liable to skew the image.
