For sale, 35mm f/1.8G Nikon Nikkor AF-S DX lens. Includes Lens hood, front and rear caps, 52mm (UV) lens filter, lens cap keeper, neoprene lens pouch, and original box. USA model. This lens has never been used, it has never been placed on a camera. It was given to me as a gift. $175.00 + $11.95 shipping. Payment via Paypal. Questions welcomed. I have a pristine hardly used 85mm G lens, with all original packaging for sale, you couldn't find a cleaner lens.

I have the 85mm "G" lens, it probably has less than 50 shots on it.

With apologies to seller please note Nikon lens warranties are not transferrable. I think you can get a new one with warranty for near the asking price.

I suggest checking KEH and ebay and adjusting price accordingly.
Maybe Nikon would register it if it hasn't been registered before but It may need to purchased from a Nikon dealer for them to do that.
PS: It is a wonderful lens. Outstanding image quality and very light weight.

A private message might have been the proper way to inform me that warranties are not transferrable. Your comment about my asking price has damn near ruined my chances of selling a $200 lens (with accessories not normally included). Thanks for ruining my sale potential.

I'm sure you want to be honest with potential buyers and were not aware of Nikon's policy on this. Happy to help you make a fair deal.
The only accessory not normally included is the $1 lens cap keeper. At least all came with mine.
You should be able to get about $150 for it. Try ebay or Craigslist if not successfull here.

I don't know if you are just ignorant, or also arrogant! How dare you post what price I should ask for on my lens. As far as accessories are concerned, I don't know of any one (KEH included} that sells a lens that includes a UV filter and a neoprene pouch. My initial price is a fair one. If you don't think so, please keep your thoughts to yourself.

Someone is trying to do you a favor my friend. This lens can be bought from Amazon for $196 with free shipping and a full warranty. You are simply asking an unrealistic price. Its second hand with NO warranty so worth about $135 including shipping. Sorry pal but sometimes the truth is harsh and a bitter pill to swallow.

Talk about "unrealistic" price, $135 (including shipping}. You need a reality check. This lens has NEVER BEEN ON A CAMERA.

Doesn't matter if it never was mounted on a camera ( something that might be tough to prove ) . Once you bought it , it became a used lens that if sold again doesn't have a warranty .
