I am going to Israel 30 days from now and plan to try to take some (maybe a lot) of video and a ton of pics. Using gift cards that my school bus kids gave me, I paid under $4 for a 64GB Lexar SD card. Put that with a couple of 32s and an 8 and I'll have plenty :) I'm bringing a new-to-me Panasonic Lumix FZ-200 and leaving my Sony DSLR at home do to baggage restrictions. I did, however buy a used Gorillapod to go along with it, though. Not sure if I'll bring my ballhead.
Compare the specifications on the cards with the specifications in your FZ-200 manual before you attempt to record video. Be sure the camera supports the card, AND that the card supports the camera for the quality level of video you wish to record.
