I remember most of them. I agree with the idea that most movies nowadays just don't grab me. Maybe it's all the CGI used now.Most movies I concider classics have none or very little CGI Most actors have no charizma these days. There's something to be said for the old studio system. Maybe thats why they're reshooting allot of old movies.

With computers involved in movie making, I think we'll not see any great performers in the future. Looking at the market, I think the most watched on TV, Movies, PC games are Vampires, zombies, walking dead, violent killings, etc. So, so sad.

Newton Minnow may have been premature in describing TV as a vast wasteland back in the 1970s - but it surely is today. Ditto for most, if not all, movies. Who is our generation going to be remembered for? Tom Cruise, Robert Downy, and a few others. Where are the Bacalls, Bogeys, and other great actors of our youth? Today's crop just doesn't measure up.
