Any recommendations for a rolling bag for photo equipment that meets airlines 22x14x9 dimensions? I have been looking at Think Tank and Lowepro. It did not look like Pelican had such a size? Any others?

I have two biggest think tank roller bags and they have carried my stuff safely 50 plus flight a year, for several years. I do remove the lenses from the bodies as a (unnecessary???) precaution so that lens mounts can't get damaged.

Here is a Pelican roller for carry-on.

I use a regular roller bag and put one camera bag and one camera backpack in it. The camera bag has flash gear, the camera backpack has camera gear. Sometimes you have to check your carryon because there's no room, but I can usually find room for at least the backpack. If you take a photo roller bag, you have no choice but check it if the overhead is full.

In my opinion this is the best way for the reasons mentioned. I do this except my laptop goes in it's padded case and then a camera bag on top with lenses inside my 4 wheel roller bag. They do sometimes want to check your bag elsewhere if the airline is out of room.
