Here are a few of mine from "out and about".....

I was gone all day yesterday doing a friend a favor and did her daughter's graduation pictures....

I'm gonna start a new topic...I'll post the link here and I'd really appreciate if I could get some feedback before I show her. I know it'll be constructive and honest. \\

Thanks.

Well done . pg 14

Welcome to Day 132 :) Today we are going to take a look at Street Photography - Candids. I know some of you are a bit leary of taking photos of strangers on the street .. but trust me it's ok. Most of the time the don't care or don't even realize you have a camera.
Not many of mine turned out very well .. just a few from the dog park. Here are a few examples to get us started. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.

Today is stormy and I have company coming in for Mother's Day (just found out last night). So I'll pull a few from our recent Australia/New Zealand Trip. The first one was a couple on a cruise boat having a good time and because they were so cute, I asked if I could take their picture. The second is of an Aborigine in Sydney. The third is of a little boy playing with the pigeons and looked like he wanted to fly.

The photo of the little boy "learning to fly" is priceless. Pg. 2

Jer, the last one,,isn't he the guy who does the Caveman ads on TV?

guess I just don't see the "humor" as I'm sure was intended from your comment from such a powerful statement this photo represents....he IS someone's son...what if he is a veteran that still sees the horror or war? It is a sad statement that we can "laugh it off" so to speak when so much of this is present in our day to day lives.

Me trying to do street photography discreetly - lol
Was sitting at gas pump and took this through my side mirror, there is another gas station across the road. Was mainly shooting the car because I was gonna sit a while and get something else but a person drove in and their car died and wouldn't restart and he was cussing the woman he was with. Soooooo, not being able to stand that, I got out and helped him so he started to relax and finally got back on the road.

Janice..you are so sweet...hope it all went well..

Love "street photos". You all have a good eye for this sort of stuff. There are way too many people with cameras now, all taking pictures. It would be hard to judge what was ethical and what was not with most pictures.

The little girl is wonderful..such determination but all well done
