how do I see the f16 on my canon lcd monitor or top screen?

I do not see a 16 or f16 on the monitor, what is the equivalency??

You're going to have to be much more specific than this.

What f/16 are you referring to?

what monitor?

What camera?

and that info will likely be in the viewfinder not the lcd monitor???

Is there like a chart that I can use...i see numbers like 16 or 20,,,don’t how which would be the correct one...

What lens are you using?


Ignore the sunny 16 rule. With the camera on program see what the readout in the VF tells you. If you need a smaller aperture for DOF go to AV setting and adjust as needed. :thumbup:

The shutter speed: It does not say 1/125, what is the reading for this value? Is there like a chart that I can refer,, they are whole numbers not fractions...thank you

on the 5D mark II it just has whole numbers

the f/16 is just "16"

the 1/125 is just "125"


is that what you're asking?

I have another camera a 60 d, with a 18-200 lens, in program, the readings are iso 320, 60 and 5.0, what is vf?
