Read "Wheat Belly" to learn how non-GMO hybridization has changed wheat for the worse.
"two slices of whole grain bread increases blood sugar higher than 6 teaspoons of table sugar"...or two Snickers bars.
Can you give us the actual link to the article? I Googled Wheat Belly and I got many, many, many results.
I think that what goes unnoticed is that GMO seeds , cannot be replanted , The Patent office should never have given what was God Given seeds, that can reproduce. Why do you think the large heirloom seed vaults, belong to the 1% elite . WE used the seed from fruit and veggies to plant next years crops, cant do that with GMO's. When the food supply is controlled, the next step is, well you should know from history, control the food you control the people.
This did not happen by accident. I think everyone should have assess to Heirloom seeds, while they can. Most have seen the pictures of happy meals look the same years, later. I set out a cup of margarine a couple summers ago.
Try it bugs, flies wont touch it, no mold, or fungus. It must be mostly plastic. Butter is real.Research the old ways and live longer.

Which is why I simply roll up my salami and cheese and put it between two Snickers bars. The all in one meal.

Yes, a lot of our so-called food is really messed up.
Take a look at what's in one food we eat on a regular basis.
Here's what that food is.
When you are shopping never shop the center rows of the store, that's where all the processed foods are sold. I always shop the periphery in fresh fruits and vegetables, some frozen foods and some in dairy. I try to stay away from anything pre-cooked or packaged outside of the cold or frozen sections. Most important READ THE LABLES!

IF YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT:
Thanks for that. My wife had a pituitary tumor, and the only thing that worked for her to lose weight was the most extreme, introductory level of the Atkins diet. Moving to the next level and eating some carbs put the weight right back on.
So one question might be, if everyone has a choice between wild or altered, which would you opt for, dying of starvation at 48, or making it twice as long with genetically modified food"?
Eat right, exercise regular, don't drink ,don't do anything risky, your still going to die.
