Thin ice shelf inside a flower pot base used as a bird bath. Taken with 105 macro with 36mm extension tube, minimum focal distance.
Beautiful and mesmerizing. I love it!
Nice macro "abstract"....
This is quite nice.
I encourage you to start a "Texture" folder, with different sub folders, such as Ice. This should be your Ice1 image, with a B&W version as Ice1-1, and a "pencil sketch' version as Ice1-2 (below).
I sandwich texture images with related subject photographs, to provide unique final images.

Thank you Linda, first attempts with a extension tube

Thank you Douglass, I have a Texture folder and have created a 'Macro' sub-folder. First time I used a extension tube. I used AF-s focus priority with BBF, starting at close focal distance then slowly pulling back until in focus occurs and the shutter trips.

A very helpful technique with Nikon cameras. Works like a charm.
Really nice photo, I'll bet if you HDR'd it you could get something really crazy.
