Normally my common sense kicks in. It failed me this time.
The DIY Photography website is credible.
Other photo discussion websites have picked it up and are running with it as fact, referencing the culprit DIY Photography website.
But who reads the "About the Author" blurb very often.
I sure didn't!

Problem with it was that many have some doubts about new releases,so it seemed appropriate. :lol: :lol:

Have you been following the Nikon delivery date change? Have you not seen many remarks regarding their quality control regarding recalls over the last few years?
What made this post viable is that it is not beyond the realm of possibility.
Remember,a good rumor is really good if there is a perception that it might be true. :lol: :lol:
