Agreed, and once this not so short respite comes to its end, ~ a long respite, if you will, that I have been enduring from having open heart surgery to replace a defective heart valve replaced ends, I will make every concerted effort humanly possible to get outdoors and begin taking photos with the great equipment I have acculated... Photos of which several of our members have been egging me on to produce for quite a long while.

Unlike most of our members, I will admit to everyone that I am rather new to the art of digital photography, but the carry over I can bring to my own table from having many years of experience with film cameras, large formats as well, and working in the darkroom, etc, etc, should make the learning curve that is necessary for me to fully understand and to comfortably portray with confidence ~ a short curve whereby I will be able to successfully navigate through several post processing programs that I already have, including Photoshop CC and most all of its other constituent software programs as well, especially, Lightroom of which I like very, very much.

As time marches on, I hope to post more digital photos than I have to date; although, I have posted a few already. When that time becomes a reality, I will be looking forward for you and all members upon our forum, should they like, to critique my photos, as well as I will gracefully accept negative and positive comments alike. I may even snap the camera's shutter several times to purposely create a few not so good photos that will only be worthy of a culling for the trash can ~ just to give some of our members in wait an opportunity to go wild trashing them for me! :):):):)
