Nikon D7200 DSLR vs. Canon EOS D70 DSLR?
I just bought the Nikon D7200 and had to find out that the Nikon customer service is the worst ever. Now I am debating if I should return it and buy the Canon D70 instead? Any advise would be appreciated!

What happened to cause you to think that Nikon's customer service is the "worst ever"? FWIW I have not had any problems with them.
canon second generation 70D is much better than the 70D.
nikon D7200 is better than the 70D for image quality.

And if the Canon customer service is also worse, which camera are you going to switch to ?
Your camera is the main reason not the service.
My battery charger did not work any longer, it is only 2 months old. So I called customer service they told me to send it in for repair which could take weeks and if I cannot wait this ling I should buy me a new one. This is not the customer service I expected when I bought this expensive camera. And before this I had an issue with a lens I ordered directly from Nikon, it could not get shipped for over 2 weeks because of their inventory.
Maybe I am overreacting but I just cannot stand bad customer service.
I think you're over reacting. That same thing happened to me. So I got one from Best Buy, that is a wall/car charger. Love it! Charge my batteries between locations.
I've emailed Nikon help many times. It's been frustrating. A lot of times it's like they didn't even read the question and give an answer that doesn't help any. Other times, I can tell they've read the question but it seems like they try to skirt the issue.
I still like Nikon and will stick with Nikon's products.

What exactly did you want them to do overnight you a new charger I doubt any other company would have handled it much differently. As far as the lens goes was it available from other sources? It is not that uncommon for a company to be out of a item.
Thanks, I will probably do the same since it is a hassle to return things, I sure hope nothing else will brake on the camera before the 90 day return policy is over.
I ordered the lens online on their website, 2 weeks later I still did not have shipping confirmation. When I called them they told me about their inventory, they could have mentioned this on their website before checkout that shipping will be delayed.

If customer service is your primary reason for choosing one camera over another-instead of something minor such as image quality-then go for it. Although close in image quality, the D7200 is noticeably better to my eyes.

Yeah, I think you are overreacting.
If an item isn't in stock you can't expect them to magically mystically make one appear.
Also, it takes time for an item to make it's way through the system to be repaired, you can't expect them to move yours to the head of the line.
I know it's frustrating, but if you think things would be any different with any other company, by all means switch brands.

If you want a camera right now, keep the D7200.
The just announced Canon 80D just leapfrogged the D7200, but it's available only for pre-order at this time.
The item was in stock, they were even running a promotion. They did not ship until their annually inventory was done in mid February.
