Eagle Competition

Well, the Eagle Photo Competition winners, at the Conowingo Dam, in Maryland, will be announced this Saturday and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Last year I was lucky enough to take second place, but the competition is tough and just making it to the top four places is an honor. I've attached my second place image, from last year, and my two entries for this year. We'll see how it goes in a couple of days.

Very nice! Yeah, good reason why all three shots did as well as they in the competition. Can't help it. Really like that first shot.

The first image is a good composite. The third image shows a very weird haloing effect around the bird.

Marvelous. Last year's definitely has that "Don't mess with me unless you're sure'' look in his eye. Well done and best of luck.
