I can not say it enough or read about it enough on uhh. Adorama customer service is top notch. I have recently made a few purchases from Adorama lately and the customer service was excellent. Most of us here have had great experiences with them and this is the case again. I would also like to add that Adorama prints service is the best that I have found. For a long time I have tried different companies for my prints and found that Adorama prints is the only place I will get my prints done at. I do a few shows a year and have gotten a lot of compliments on them from customers. I would like to thank Adorama for being a top notc customer oriented company. I give them 5 thumbs up.

Definitely! They just printed another book for me.
I learn something every day. I never knew Adorama did printing. Where have I been?
They are the best, until you run into a little problem. Before I decide to make a picture part of my large print portfolio I usually have Adoramapix print them in 5x7 and 8x12. Recently I had 9 5x7 that was late coming back to me. After being on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time on several calls over a 5 day period I called their 212# to be told that the post office had returned the envelope because of a bad address, he reads it to me and there's nothing wrong.(Bad Mailman) He says he's gonna expedite the order I should get it in 2 days. A week later, no package and I go back through the same merry go round. I send E-mails got no response for 4 days. After I requested a refund through American Express, I get Email from Adoramapix requesting for me to call them. After an exchange of Emails I got my 9 5X7 UPS delivery.
I know the post office messed up but their mistake was compounded by Adoramapix lack of response.

Another source for excellent quality B&W and color prints at great prices is Nations Photo Lab. They print standard and custom sizes and have very fast delivery. I use them exclusively. >AL

Less good luck with print service.

True.
Both Nations and Adorama are my go-to print houses. Always good work and shipping promptly and packed well.
I feel the same way about B&H as well. I also have purhased from Adorama.

I don't post much. Feel compelled to say I enjoy/learn-from your *Thoughtful,well-researched* answers to UHH'ers questions.
Have to give an "attaboy," to "a regular here" if you don't mind. You stay "on-topic," -- Unlike some others. Please keep up positive "ON-TOPIC" posts. Press that shutter button - ON !!
Adorama books are very well done, I have ordered 2 and recommend them to people after showing the quality of the book to people.

I'm sorry for this - do you mind emailing me at libby@adoramapix.com with the order number. I would like to investigate. Also, please feel free to email me directly - anytime you have an issue. I am fairly quick in resolving issues.

Now THAT's a great example of the power of social media! More and more companies monitor their online reputations and respond like Libby has. Most firms really do want to avoid bad press, of any sort, and the quickest way to do that is to resolve customers' issues immediately. Even one nastygram from a disgruntled customer can kill hundreds of potential orders.
Unfortunately, ALL companies run into situations like this, where someone drops the ball. In this case, it reads like it was the shipper.

Props to you! Wish I'd known you in December
I had communication issues on my order back in late November of 2015 but fortunately the order made it prior to the holiday, so all was well even tho I never got satisfactory responses. Emails weren't being answered and Phone hours were out-of-sync with my timezone and/or availability (only answered for certain hours of the day). Website didn't confirmed the item was shipped (just said 'processing') even tho it arrived, so I guess it was. ;)
For future reference, what's the most effective way to obtain order info: telephone, email, website, or otherwise?
