Took this shot while waiting for the sun to come up behind me.
The Belt of Venus is the pink band just above the horizon. The dark band just below it is the Earths shadow.
Nice shot, and thanks for the info. When I saw the title, then the image, I had no idea what you were talking about. I was searching the sky. :)

Thanks Larry for the comment. Unfortunately, I've never seen any activity at this barn and of the 4 or 5 times I've stopped to shoot not one vehicle has even driven by!
The loss of these farms is sad but probably permanent.

I had no idea what it was but thought it complimented the barn well. I definitely intend to go back and shoot it again.
