A very nice slice of life shot, Billy. Lots of detail and plenty of environment. The viewer can get a feel for what it's like. How different from here where the food preparers wear rubber gloves. It's not just the lady cooking with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth, but the makeshift tables she is working at, the grill that would be in a landfill where I live .. and yet these people are in business. It's a photo with impact. Well done.
