Paper tole is i.e. I have a postcard I really like; I make 5 copies of said card and, using one as the base, I cut out parts from each cardto "build" the picture like 3D.

Welcome belfastgirl, I have one example that a dear lady gratefully shared with me of her tole work and I found it gorgeous indeed. This requires skills I don't have.
