What can I say, I am new to forums but am excited to dig through all the threads. I am fairly new to photography (2000 shots / 3yrs) and am trying to find my groove and be inspired.
I am really looking forward to the experience.

Hi and welcome,
2000 shots / 3 years = about 2 per day
Hopefully they are just the keepers !!
You need to be more active as you only learn by doing.
Any camera is good for about 100,000 shots. Yes 90% are not worth keeping and 9% of the rest need work Which leaves one or two lucky ones.
You definitely have some catching up to do
Have fun
