You'll get more for the Nikon rig, and you use the FZ1000 more. Sell the Nikon, pocket the cash, use the Panny, be happy.

Keep the FZ1000, use You-tube to check out what this camera is capable of, even up to and including editing Raw in camera. It has been rated as the best Bridge camera available, and Even quite a few Pros are using because of its Capabilities. Regards Ian

I am using Nikon d5100 with 18-105 vr and 55-300 vr lenses, i also have recently bought a Panasonic FZ1000, i find i am using the Panny more than Nikon, it seems to do everything the Nikon can, and matches image quality! i am amazed how good this Panny is, and of course it is easier to carry around, The lens is equivalent to 400mm f4, the Nikon lens just does not match that, so, which one to keep?

this is the one you keep, my opinion only
Nikon d5100 with 18-105 vr and 55-300 vr

This goes on and on. Keep both cameras and be done with it. Nothing wrong with owning more than one or two cameras and many lenses.
