Thank you for sharing!
May I ask what scanner was used?
I am asking since I bought a film / slides "Wolverine Data Super F2D 7-in-1 Film to Digital Converter" - I know it is low end, but I expected it to be better - I see lots of digital noise. I may be good for 6x4 print but not much more than that - I am not trying to "hijack" this thread :-)
thanks!

Thankyou. I can narrow #1 & 2 down for you if you want. #1 is just south of Bove Island and #2 is a little south of the old Conrad townsite (nothing there now) and a few miles north of the Engineer mine. The lake is a part of Tagish Lake called Windy Arm.

Ok. 1 & 2 are on the Whitehorse-Skagway Highway. #3 is just a few miles west of Haines Junction on the ALCAN, #4 is on the Haines Jct. to Haines Highway.
#4 is Quill Creek just before you get to Kathleen Lake. The big mountain is named after Martha Black, the second woman to be elected to the Canadian House of Parliament. She climbed the Chilkoot and in 1898 travelled to the Klondike with her brother while she was pregnant. Her husband was a little smarter and went to Hawaii instead.
She's known as the First lady of the Yukon.
As for # 3, I just can't place it. Sorry, no further info on it. All I can figure is that the mountains are part of the frontal range of the Wrangell-St Elias mountains.
As a point of interest(well, we think it's interesting)my family has a small range of mountains in the Yukon named after us.
Every one of these is a winner!

Thank you very much, glad you liked them, The scanner I used is an Epson 600 I scanned thousand's of slides with it and after I was done I sold it for $200 less, but it was well worth it. Epson film Scanners are the best.

Wow, you are a Yukon Historian. You are correct on all counts, the last one was taken when driving out of Haines Junction south, the road climbs up to a lake and it is right there. I still have some picture of Bove Island. I worked in 1953 in the Klondike gold field as a nozzle man for the YCGC, just one season. But I went back to visit the Yukon a few times, it's a love affair.

I have an Epson V600, but since I only paid $200, I have to think there is another model 600. ???
I haven't used mine for anything but documents, but if that is what you used I may have to pull out some more slides.
