Excellent head shots!
You have the ability to capture mood in your imagery.
The tones complement the expression.
The edits are excellent.

A couple of things to watch out for.

1) the lace on the back in one is a distraction. Simplify.....
2) maybe better to crop a little higher than the edge of th hairline. Try shifting your image down just a little to capture just a bit of hair at the top. Intersecting lines and intersecting crops with facial features can be problematic. This is highly subjective. For many this point will not be an issue.

Your ability to capture unusual poses and compositions is excellent.
Keep up the good work.
Man I love a quality image.
A pleasure to view.

Best regards,
Russ

Russ's comments are excellent. I agree - I was really drawn to the last photo - even though her coloring is great and the first two photos are very appealing. I agree that as much as I like the third photo, the lace is a little busy and distracting, and cropping to put her more to the left would help. All in all, really nice photos of a very beautiful young woman.

Very nice shots.

Help me out a little. The cropping of the top of her head...is that a “style" of photography or just the way you like to present your photos ?

Its a style or compositional choice......everything's subjective...I prefer the eyes to be the main focus so have adopted this style of crop to emphasize the eyes.

There are no rules to photography only opinions on wether you like it or not personally

I agree about hair line crop maybe a little higher but that is subjective. On shot three have you tried cropping out to just above the lace line?

Nice work.

Thanks Ole Sarg

Not sure on the silver apart from her blue shirt or the white background on the other side of her head..... Not tried that crop as I wanted to include length to her hair

I love the style. You see it more and more in fashion publications. So, don't take this the wrong way, but I can't help but think how we teased our grandmother for chopping off the tops of peoples heads. It appears she knew what she was doing and just ahead of her time :)

What a joy to see images here with great composition, lighting, and skin tones. Well done.

And I KNEW someone would question why you cut off the top of her head. Happens every time. :-)
