When I first looked at the first picture I thought you had placed the model to far to the left, but then I looked at the subtle head shadow on the Right which throws a whole new light on it and creates a well placed balance, --fabulious portrait Farroch,

Very nicely done, however I would have moved the model further from the background so as to not cast the shadow on the background as is shown in photo 1.

As always you do a great job with portraits. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing your posts.
I certainly enjoyed your two portraits. Thanks for the view.

You make beautiful portraits, Farrokh, and these are just as exceptional as others you've done.
You are very talented and your models are perfect.
I like them both for separate reasons. I do find the shadow behind her in #1 to be a little distracting. Otherwise, nice shots.
I'm with Geoff, the soft shadow in No. 1 give he portrait a special balance. In addition, the soft shadow creates mood that gives the image an informal, not studio produced, style. Nice to view something creative outside the box.
Well done Farrokh.

its a PICTURE of a girl ???????? end of story where do u get the rubbish about the back SHADOW
Nice shots, Farrokh. A bit of mystery with the second, and I like the treatment of the first. I agree with Geoff that the shadow balances this very well. Good work!

I like them both. The first for the composition. The second for the tonality.
I think the second could be improved a bit with composition. The model could be a little higher in the frame and positioned a bit more to the right of the frame. She would be looking toward the centre of the image in that position.

That's a bit 'arsh. There is a bit of shadow just to the right of the model. Makes for a nice balance.

I tend to disagree based on studio portraiture, but that is an individual choice and that is what makes the world go round.

Very very nice farrokh! I like the composition and the model is beautiful.
