Have to go with the butterfly. Good clarity, color and composition. Plus that pink in the bokeh really sets off the butterfly. Best of luck and let us know how you did......

I grew up on Mackinac Island, so that photo has a special appeal to me, but the butterfly wins for a contest. Thanks for the memories!

Thank you all. I am excited for the competition and should find out on May 4th. The viewing is from 6 to 8pm that evening at our town hall. Cheryl

Depends on who is judging. I think if it is local, like chamber of commerce, they would like #3. If it is an artist or photographer, #1.
If you are in it to win. Always check who will be judging, and play to their tastes, not ours.
