It is 90% propane and butane! Then, 10% mineral oil! Do you think it might be flammable?

Avoid oil base smoke machines if you value your equipment. Look for water base fluids.

Propane and butane - nothing can go wrong with that combination, right? :D

Propane , butane, mineral oil... Glad we don't use the old style gunpowder flash units.... Poof... Could make for some interesting explosion pictures... :D :D :D

I guess all present should be wearing gas masks and fire retardant clothing. :D

Aside from the aforementioned fire hazards, I'm not sure I'd want to be responsible for having sprayed mineral oil on a $3,000 wedding gown!

According to the article, lots of products use propane and butane as propellants. The article says it's "safe." This is not my area of expertise.

Oil based "smoke" can be bad news for photography equipment.
