I am sure they are dungeness...used to catch them all the time in Washington State...they were free lol and even if you bought them they were cheaper than hamburger. Thats where I had my first taste of crabmeat...been hooked ever since. However, they dont have dungess (unless frozen) on the east coast and since thats where I"m headed, I'll opt for blues. We also used to catch them off the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel fishing pier or (back in the olden days) we could meet the boats and get a bushel for $10. We would have a crabfest in the back yard every Saturday night...... dang now I"m hungry..

I was raised in Maryland and miss the all you can eat crab feeds! Especially the "Softshell Crab Sandwiches"! Yum!
My wife and I were both told we need to go on a diet by our doctors. She is on the South Beach Diet and I am on the Sunny Beach Diet! If I don't get what I want to eat I am a real "Sunny Beach"!

I think I'm on the same diet as YOU..... Sunny Beach Seafood diet.... When I SEE FOOD I want it then when I don't get it ... you know the rest lol
My Dr. told me I was fat, I told her I wanted a second opinion. She said "OK, you're ugly too."
I'm trying to get down to my original weight.. 8lbs. 3 ozs.
I was at lunch with a friend of mine one day and she cracked me up when she looked at me so seriously after finishing most of a chocolate sundae cake and said "The calories are all in the last five bites" and she promptly chopped the last tiny piece of the cake into five pieces and left it on her plate.

I was chatting with another online member about a conversation that he was involved in at work concerning diets... his comments reminded me of a similar situation that I had at work several years ago. I was walking by my secretary when she was talking with the other office secretaries. They were talking about dieting. I butted in and told them that I was on a low-fat diet too. They said "really?" I said yes... everything that I eat turns into low FAT (waistline)!!! They about died laughing... for about a week every time they saw me!

So I stop eating bread and sugar (real and man made) and lost 30 pounds (54-46 pants).
But my doctors just said that Im only wearing dif clothes now.
My chiropractor added all grains to my no bread diet and put me on a balance ph diet.
It seem to be working, dont seem to mist all the junk I use to eat.
All I have to do is think about food and I gain weight....don't even get the luxury of eating it! LOL

P.S. Sometimes I say something with tongue-in-cheek and later end up with foot-in-mouth! :-( Good day to all of those fine ladies out there! 8-)
