Mentoring online seems to be something that is coming into being. The boys I mentor have many issues. 3 of them can not speak, 1 will not speak to any adult. I have 9 boys I work with. I am retired and kinda recovering from medical issues, so I am online with them all day. Whenever they are ready to talk to me I am there for them. I get questions from the psychiatrist and I talk to the boys to get as much information as possible. These are boys that have been very abused and seen horrible things. Most have been beaten and some tortured. So there stories are heart breaking. What they want is someone to talk to who will listen and not judge. Doing it on the computer allows me to help, without a face. It works.

It's a wonderful thing you are doing. I admire you. I try to help anyone when I can but this sounds like a real commitment. Keep the photos coming.

Woodsliv you are an absolute angel for all you do for these little guys!
How can anyone hurt these children is beyond me I run a home daycare in my home and have for well over 24 years now! Children have been a huge part of my life and when I hear such sad stories it breaks my heart!
I too will pray for Adam and his brothers and all children who are in his position. You are showing these kids that there are wonderful people in this world who do care and love them unconditionally!!
Keep helping these kids and show them that there is great LOVE in this world they just had a rough beginning .but because of great people such as yourself they will see and feel love !!
Kids are resilient and they will learn to love and trust again when shown the respect they all deserve!

.Adam asked for an ANGEL and poof you were there for him
..you have a kind and gentle soul and God new Adam needed that after all he and his brothers have been through. I believe in Angels ,they are among us
