I know that I should know the answer this question but my brain isn't working right now, so here goes...I shot with a Nikon D7100 and when I put my images in the computer, I get two images, i.e. DSC0738 and DSC0738_2. This just started and I'm not sure what I changed or did differently. I'm shooting in JPEG - Fine.
Any suggestions?

Is it possible you somehow copied the image files over to your computer two times? Typically if you send the identical file again the OS will append it with a 2

Doing a manual reset would probably solve the problem, but it would be nice to know what caused it.

Did you accidentally set Bracket? I did that a while back and got two images of each shot.

I have setup my Olympus for a RAW and JPEG which drives my wife nuts since she has no idea what to do with the RAW image. Have you accidentally set your camera up the same way and driving yourself nuts?

If they are they same you are bursting, if different then perhaps you are bracketing.
