So? What are you trying to say, that I am no different than an asshole who would without remorse kill you for a $20 bill so that he can get his next fix, or kill his neighbor over a street corner? I haven't said anything to equate you with criminals or criminal activities merely that until convicted of a felony ( or other reg. breached ) ANY US citizen can buy a gun.

Not exactly, it is very difficult in some states and near impossible in some cities, such as Chicago and New York.
The cops know who the bad guys are and could clean their cities up if the politicians would get out of the way.
