Does anyone notice that without his teleprompter he is often at a loss for words? The long pauses and slow careful oration, as if he is weighing every word before completing it, make me question his oratory skills. It is possible that Obama was trying to avoid feeding the piranha, but he failed this time.

No, it is true. Overseas, obama is a laughing stock. You see article after article, cartoon after cartoon expressing their contempt for him and questioning his mental capabilities. You would not know that because you never go anywhere and have little exposure to anything outside of your liberal talking points.
