Mother Nature never fails to astound me.....Something woke me up suddenly....I tossed and turned for about 15 minutes struggling on whether to get up or not.....I turned over one more time....and there it is....peeking through the slats of the window shade.....the most beautiful colored sky....with minutes to spare I jumped out of bed and headed to the park.....How lucky was I to get to see this! :) The first 2 pics were with my Canon...then the battery died...the rest are with my cell

Beautifully captured! The beauty and all your possible compositions must have been a bit overwhelming, along with knowing you probably only had moments before the color lessened. Great job!

What a grand set of photos! I know about the struggle to get out from under the covers early in the morning, but then the reward seeing a gorgeous sunrise like you captured makes it all worthwhile. Thanks!
