Why are you selling it?

Here's the deal: I shoot now with a Nikon D800E, but I'm considering transitioning to mirrorless. If I make the move, I will want to go with Zeiss lenses. You have the camera I want, but not the lenses. Are you willing to break up your package?

Bought a Canon 5DII with canon 100-400 to shoot wildlife. Not willing to break up at this point.

I am thinking about this camera and lenses (currently have a canon 60d w/lenses). I shoot mostly at gardens and zoos. I am retired and the size and weight of this camera appeals to me. I met someone at the zoo who had this camera and was able to hold it, so I am not concerned with the size. I am concerned with ease of operation. being an old dog, will this camera be difficult to operate (or learn to operate)? thanks

Simple in auto shoot, can be made more complex with many selections. Would be perfect for your uses, I needed more telephoto for bird photos, thus the reason for sale.

I'm an "old dog" who's gone from enthusiast grade film SLR's to Canon digital compact & pocket cameras, with miniature sensors ~ to the a6000 (earlier this year). I'm a computer dunderhead, and not at all mechanically or electronically inclined ~ yet, I find this camera to fit my slightly arthritic hand just fine ~ it and 3 lenses in a lightweight bag do not even get my "heavy" attention ~ and, I find myself enjoying every new discovery about the device, and the art of photography, that my feeble old brain can comprehend.

I started with "Automatic" and quickly went to "P", and then began playing with aperture settings, shutter speeds, ISO settings, and then on to a couple of the more trick stuff this little hand-held computer can do (like night shots, black & white, etc.)

With only seconds to "snap" a candid situation I still just turn the little dial to "intelligent auto" and usually get an acceptable shot that I'd not otherwise get to enjoy.

I suppose I just could have told you; "I really like this little camera".

Oh, and by the way; I tend to point that little camera at most anything that strikes my fancy or interest ~ I've got snap shots that cover almost any genre ('cept indoor basketball ~ still haven't tried that yet, but, I don't have any unrealistic expectations)
