Lol...that's what I thought too...glad you liked it Pat! I took this in the state game lands...forgot it was hunting season...till I saw all the hunters ;-) Bet they were wishing they were where I was when I took this shot ;-)

I used to kid some of my animal-loving friends by telling them I shoot deer with a 35mm Canon with a 36-shot magazine. My photographer friends understood the joke and laughed. The PETA-types would explode in a rage until I showed them my 35mm Canon. I totally agree with those who condemn hunting these magnificent animals for sport. Our herd in Ohio was last reported at over 10 million. We have to allow hunting to thin the herd or they will die from starvation. We are the only predators left - no wolves, no cougers, etc. Wish there was another way to deal with the problem :cry:
