I snapped a few shots before the Bad stuff starts to falling. Grannie and her fawn bedded down in the pasture, a cherry tree with a few colored leaves and of course a shot of Princess and Tess.

Tomorrow it won't look like this -- UGH!

I wonder whether the animals have any sense of what the weather will bring. An internal barometer may give them an idea that it's time to find shelter.

Nice photos. I hope you have your firewood ready.

Hi Vicki,
i am sure they sense its coming. I've opened one of the stalls for them if they decide to return and get in out of the wind and snow. Their talking any where from 14" to 2 feet for the plains.

I am really hoping it does not come down to my having to use the fireplace to keep warm, but it's surely a back up that most people do not have in this area.

I hope for the same thing Randy, and also for your neck of the woods.
Last year in your area would of had me sticking a 4 sale sign in the snow bank for sure.

The clouds remind me so much of Michigan when i would go to visit my brother in Nov.
The ground is all white already and its dropped to 32.

Looking at the first set, you really get a sense of change in the air! the first shot in the second set confirms that feeling. It is really good that you do all you can for the wildlife. Winter can really take a toll on them.

Love your kittie shots! Both sets are very nice.
