She may very well have 5 fingers and a thumb ( very obvious ), but that does not mean that there is anything wrong with the picture.

Besides the finger there looks like there is something in the hair. In the middle of her hair above her ear and her arm looks like it's coming out of her leg....Rich

Other than being too grainy and out of focus--the eyes are blurred! The extra finger is not necessarily wrong; she may have been born with it.
