Maybe there is nothing wrong with the picture!
I've actually known, met two different people who have/had six fingers on each hand. It is called Polydactly.
It's even mentioned in the Bible!

Whatever it is in her mouth it isn't a finger from the hand in front of her face. Parts of her left thumb are visible in two different locations, front and back of the hand. What is supposed to be a sixth finger is inside the rear portion of the thumb knuckle. The phony finger's knuckle is not in-line with rest of of the knuckles.

Heard of a guy who had three "johnsons". Never saw any pictures,but his pants fit him like a glove.....

Well, the image is noisy. Also, I've heard that some people do have six fingers on each hand but it is pretty rare.
