I like both, but maybe an edge toward #2....it would depend where it was used!!

It was a tough decision, but I'm going to add my vote for #2 because the sky is a little more interesting.

Actually, somewhere between the two ...... I steer toward the darker version but it could use some well-placed highlights to make it pop.

I like the second one myself......the sky to me is much better in #2,,,the bridge and the building stand out better...and I like the shadows of the bridge on the darker water....just my opinion tho.... :) :)
