You are correct, it is not. However, at times my mind is very thick!! I need to reread parts often.

I wonder why he thought he needed another book on exposure, when "Understanding Exposure" was so popular.

On the subject of "understanding exposure" what is the most recent edition?
I would like to purchase a copy.

I see very often references to the book on exposure by Bryan Peterson. I have not read his book so I cannot make any comments on it.
The book I use as a reference is "The Confused Photographer's Guide to Photographic Exposure and the Simplified Zone System" by Brahman Farzad. It is a long title for an easy to read and understand book that will make anyone an expert on exposure in just a few days.
If there is a book better than this one to understand and become an expert on exposure I certainly would like to read it.

Has anyone here read this book "Exposure Solutions" by Bryan Peterson. What did you think of it?

Yes, I've read "Exposure Solutions". I learned a lot from it.
Also Understanding Exposure and Understanding Flash.

C'mon, gang!
It's case studies as they apply to his previous book of general principles. Terrific stuff. For samples, search Bryan Peterson on YouTube.

The 3rd edition is the current edition, however, someone just noted that the 4th edition will be out in March of 2016.

No I didn't. It's easy to read but I don't like the book so I didn't buy it. In contrast Ansel Adams books were hard to read but I liked them very much so I bought them.

Yeah of like my wife too but for me it' not a mistake on either one. I learned a lot from Adams's books and with my wife I can afford to have the photography hobby.

I've read it a couple of times and find myself going back to it occasionally to check certain exposure situations. A good second book to his very fine "Understanding Exposure."

I have it and it focuses on a limited number of problematic exposure situations with specific references of what to do. Yes it is worth it. It does not replace Understanding Exposure. Its approach is very different.

Barnes & Noble has chairs and a coffee shop.

Barnes and Noble USED to have comfy recliners at the store I went to in Tucson, they removed them all suddenly. I saw a couple of same people on those recliners reading books every time I visited that branch, they may have not purchased. Maybe that is one of the reasons they removed them comfy recliners.
