They are single images with post processing... the Canon 60d is a APC sensor with a crop factor of 1.6x... and yes I used the Kenko 1.4x and the 2.0x piggybacked together...

Great Images by the way, I still love shooting the moon, though I don't admit it too often. A great thing you could do is label some of the major craters you captured.
