I wasn't able to download a larger version of the image --- I think that you didn't check the store original check box.

I just tried again after trying the image I uploaded yesterday ---Air Show Blue Angels --- San Francisco which works fine. Your image is somewhat slow to load for some reason and I didn't wait long enough for it.
Your image is a very nice composition that has foreground elements to hold interest and lead the viewer into the scene, and the color is very good.

Up date on downloading this image:
I was using a 13" MacBookPro, early 2011, with Mac OS X Lion ver 10.7.5 and it generally loads and renders graphics very quickly.
Right now I'm using a 27" Imac and the image almost pops out of the screen it loads so fast.
I'll have to keep a watch on the MacBookPro for awhile to make sure that it's working properly.
As to this Sunset Picture, I think that it is a wonderful shot and worthy of being posted here.

Thanks kindly.... According to my friends in Grove this only rated a 3 on their sunset-o-meter!
Wonderful area Grand Lake, great shot.
Used to drive thru there 5 nights a week back late 70s and early 80's. Not much to see at that time.
Found a drunk laying in middle of road at Honeycreek bridge 1 night, came outa bar n passed out in middle of road, cops came and gave him room and board for the night.

Appreciate the kind comments. Your insight into the composition was exactly what I tried to explain to my friends at the lake who just got their 1st DSLR. Sunsets are great but a sunset is still just a sunset without that something extra.... IMHO My issues with DL's usually center around my service provider. If things get wonky the 1st thing I do is check my connection speed.

Thanks.... Your story made me think of the 'Dead Skunk' song by Louden Wainwright...... :) :)
