I really like the first one, it's looks very natural (real, not photoshopped) and she looks happy and relaxed.
I think you downloaded the wrong photo (than what you intended) as it is the same as #3.
The 2nd photo doesn't look quite right, like the lighting is off because her upper lip area is blown out, so it's really not visible.
I agree on the photo mishap. #2 & #3 appear to be the same. Of these two that are correct for your descriptions, I like #1.
I like both of them.
Especially the first one.
The second one appears to need some lighting work.

Like #1 the most. Perfect portrait and excellent framing shot there. A real live keeper. #2 AND #3 - good shots but both the same picture. Personally I'd darken them just a shade or two if you can. Suggestion - when you've got bright sun try adjusting your white balance scale with the camera. Beautiful pose - just too bright.
