I've seen several of them long ago. Always spectacular to watch.
I do wonder why the morning launch. As I recall they were usually afternoon/evening launches.
OK, I won't tell anybody...

Great!
I slept through yet another Earth shattering event. I sleep through earthquakes, too.
But the dog decided he just HAD to go out at 04:44 this morning. So we both pee'd in the yard.
The Moon and Venus was a
beautiful sight! And I'm pretty sure Uranus was just a smidge left of Venus.
Meanwhile, Orion was 12 O'clock high to the South of me.
Since no school run tomorrow, I was thinking I should get up around 3 AM and go sit out out and enjoy the sky.
I can always nap later to make up. :)

I'm setting an alarm so I can see it and an Atlas V go off at Vandenberg AFB.
Craig
