Love these dumb crook stories.
At least this one made his get a way before being caught.
Years ago a bank robber who was high at the time walked to the other end of the lobby, got in line and tried to open a savings account.
Then there was the one who tried to hold up the bank nearest the New York FBI HQ on payday, during lunch hour. Want to guess what was the occupation of over a dozen of the other people in line? FBI does train their agents to have good fire discipline, no shots fired, he lived to go to jail.
At least this one made his get a way before being caught.

I would think that if you have a tattooed face, robbing banks may not be such a good idea. "I am sorry Ms. Teller, can you describe the person that robbed you?" "No sir, Officer, I was too busy reading his face."

There was a case in my area where a thief attempted to hold up a restaurant that was hosting an FOP banquet.

Take a look at those wonderful tattoos. It's obvious they ain
't too bright. Now they will reside with plenty of others with tattoos. maybe they'll feel more at home.
