You can run different Operating Systems only on the CC subscription version.

You can install PS CC Or all cloud applications on any number of computers. You can use two at the same time (I tried).

If you open an Adobe product on a third computer it will warn you and ask you if you want to sign off the other computers. Say 'ok' enter your credentials and you are in business. Say 'no' and it bails out.

Seems that many of you folks are confused between 'installed' and 'running'.

You can install in any number of computers. If during install on a third PC (or mac) when you enter your licensing information adobe verifies it. If it finds that you have the program(s) open in another computer - even if that computer is turned off - it will ask you if you want to sign off from the two others. Say yes and Adobe signs you off from ALL PCs (or Macs) and you can proceed with the install. Say no and it will not let you.

So what is going on? Simple Adobe considers that since you have signed off the other PCs (or mac) and allows you not only the install but run the program.

Go back to your other computers. Start Adobe program(s). It will do so w/o a itch on the first one. Try it on the second, Adobe once again 'do you want to log off the other computers?'. This is because Adobe find three computers using their products. Say yes and the computer you used a few minutes before is also logged off leaving you with only one instance of the program running. Re-enter your credentials in that PC and both will run.

You want to avoid this apparent juggling? Simply log off Adobe every time you stop using their product. Or don't. Their process is fair and straight forward.

Thanks for the response. Just bought a new laptop to use when traveling. I've tried using my wife's iPad. Does not work for me. I'll load Adobe CC,and some other programs and will now have a neat "away from home" gadget. Thank you for the information.
