Has Anybody Got A Link To Apple Aperture 3.6

I'm changing my images from Apple Aperture to Adobe Lightroom CC and Adobe Photoshop CC. I also sold my Apple iMac 27" desktop computer and I thought everything was backed up on a external drive including the updates for Aperture and the last one was 3.6 but unfortunately it didn't save that particular update and I can't open over 27GB of images with out that update and Apple are not releasing it. Can anybody suggest something for me, has anybody or could send me the 3.6 update?

If you use the Finder to go to the Aperture library, right-click and choose "Show package contents" you should be able to open the file as individual folders. From there on you just navigate the folders as normal on a MAC. That will give you access to all the original files (raw or jpeg) originally imported into Aperture. I don't remember which folder it is, so you may need to play around some. You will not get back any edits this way, but at least you will have all the photos.

Just found what you are looking for at the Apple site. I am using an iMac that contains Aperture 3.6 so my machine may offer different options than what you will see. The version 3.6 appears to be down-loadable for me, see above. Keep in mind that Aperture is a data based program that installs your photos on the hard drive. If Time Capsule is your back-up those photos should be there. Finding them is another problem. GL

The following email address is listed in the "About" for Aperture 3.6. It might help. He's one of the authors, I think.
