First two shots taken with Nikon D5300 (love this camera almost as much as my D7100) and Tamron 150-600. Third shot taken with Canon 70D and Sigma 150-600 Contemporary. All shot at 600mm. Maybe one more month of hummer joy before they migrate to South America or Mexico.

Thanks a lot. Definitely running out of or at something, another hummer. You think it's a "she"? With the markings on the neck I was thinking a he. But wouldn't be the first time that I have been wrong. The second shot looks more like a female to me. But I'm not really sure. HOLD ON THERE! On closer examination, they could be the same bird especially looking at the marking on the upper right wing. What do you think?

Not knowing his location, I would say all three are Ruby-throated HB.

Excellent captures! Nice detail, focus and colors.
The green background really sets the hummer off.

They are definitely all ruby-throated. After further examination, I think photo 2 is a female and 3 is a male. Thanks all.
