A play with the Tiffen no. 3
Stopped off after shopping to give the dog a swim, just happened to have camera, 18-105mm. lens, tripod, ND filter and Yongnuo RF-603N trigger releases with me for a few shots . :) ISO 100.
In the view of Margate town across the bay you will see a fairly ugly white building. This was built a couple of years ago as an art gallery, called the Turner Centre in honour of Turner who stayed on that particular site when staying and painting in Margate, Kent.
As an aside, many have dismissed Nikon's 18-105mm. as a kit lens of little worth but I find it quite sharp. If you download and view the Margate scene I think you may find it in good focus especially when you know it is a very long way away - in another town, done as a long exposure with ND filter no. 3 (9/10 stops).

...and the dog got her swim.
#1 is fascinating. It feels hypnotic and is drawing me right into that silky water :)
I like the first and last ones the best. They have good lines. The first takes it one way with the long exposure, while the last adds a point of interest.
