Our two usually have a truce going but this morning Shitani, our black 17-year-old, decided he didn't like the way (P)syche, our black and white long-haired 16-year-old, held her tail so he took after her. I managed to scare him off but not before he tore some hair out. I then let her in to sleep with my husband and one of the dogs. I have some squirt bottles around but we have hard water and they get clogged up pretty fast and then won't work when you need them most. May have to start filling them up with distilled water.

Did you tell them Love and Peace. Cats love to do that fighting a bit for territory. Just love them to pieces!

try adding some vinegar to water and see if that helps.
i just left my semi tame feral tuxedo out and the male feral stray took off after her- i managed to chase him away and shes in hiding some place now. All of my females are fixed so i am of thought he wanted to do some bodily harm to her.

Wow.. what an emotional sequence.... I saw two women fight over a boyfriend (not me) who was not worth a sneeze in my opinion. These women fought just like these cats .... with furry. "A cat fight, indeed!!!"

He lived to 16 yrs old, then we had to have him put down due to serious illness. That was tough.
