These 2 were taken at F9, 100 ISO, tripod, bulb mode.

This one was longer, maybe 20 seconds.
Not sure of exposure, about 10 or so.
I love this formation!
Image #4 reminds me of a huge pipe organ.

WOW! Those are beautiful! So, no issues with taking a tripod into a place like that? We've got caverns here in Virginia that would make for great shots.

I've been to Luray Caverns in Virginia, but didn't try it then. Carlsbad allows them in the caverns as long as you respect others, but I would check with the park service in your area. Don't forget a small flashlight for focusing! Light painting is also an option. And thanks!
